A Jewish food convoy on its way from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem under United Nations truce observers’ auspices was attacked at 1 p.m. to-day near Latrun, on the main highway, by armed Arabs described by the Arab Legion as “irregulars.” Four Jews were killed and a number were wounded. A large unoccupied building in “no man’s land” opposite the citadel was blown up by unknown persons late last night.
