The Israeli Attorney-General to-day instructed the Jerusalem District Attorney to drop the charge against Mr. F. W. Sylvester, of conspiracy to blow up Ben Yehuda Street on February 22. The district court’s reserved judgment against Mr. Sylvester on five counts of conspiracy to obtain and publish information liable to be useful to the enemies of Israel and of possessing and operating a wireless transmitter without a permit, is expected to be delivered on Friday.
